Strong organizational, interpersonal, & problem‑solving skills. Entrepreneurial mentality with experience in a sales‑focused environment. Strong leadership skills and ability to coach and mentor team partners. Minimum high‑school diploma or GED. Legal documentation establishing identity and eligibility to be legally employed. Ability to work full time (exceeding 40 hours/week), including variable hours early mornings, evenings, weekends, and/or holidays. Compensation & Benefits The typical hiring range for this role is $61,000 – $80,875 CAD annually. Your base pay will reflect market location and may vary based on experience, skills, and internal equity. Eligible partners may participate in our bonus program and annual equity grants.
