Job Description: Lead an agile team focused on building scalable, high‑performing digital identity and access management solutions. Drive the evolution of digital authentication and authorization systems to deliver secure, flexible, and user‑friendly solutions across multiple channels. Develop and support client‑facing digital identity management applications, including single sign‑on (SSO) and multi‑factor authentication (MFA). Partner closely with developers, architects, and security experts to enable secure, reusable authentication solutions. Champion Agile best practices within the squad, ensuring adherence to ceremonies and fostering continuous improvement. Define and track success metrics related to feature adoption, authentication efficiency, and client satisfaction. Maintain a clear digital roadmap, plan for dependencies, and communicate the roadmap to stakeholders. Identify and manage risks related to stakeholder adoption, technical feasibility, digital security compliance, and user experience. What will you need to succeed? Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (computer science or cybersecurity is a strong asset). 5–7 years of experience in digital product ownership, preferably with enterprise‑scale digital identity and access management solutions. Strong understanding of OAuth, SAML, OIDC, identity providers, and access control models. Experience working with digital security teams and contributing to secure design patterns. Demonstrated collaboration with developers, UX designers, security experts, and business stakeholders. Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience leading cross‑functional teams. Proven track record of delivering measurable outcomes in security‑sensitive environments. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Experience with data analysis, financial modeling, and using metrics to drive product decisions.
