This role is essential to maintaining accountability, alignment, and quality in project delivery, while supporting the evolution of PMO methodologies and practices. Purpose To provide dedicated support in driving projects that comply with established PM processes and governance frameworks, ensuring alignment with PMI best practices and organizational standards. Key Responsibilities Governance Oversight : Monitor and assess project activities for compliance with PMO standards, policies, and procedures. Standardization : Ensure consistent use of standardized documentation and templates across all projects. Risk & Dependency Tracking : Support the identification, documentation, and monitoring of project risks, dependencies, and compliance gaps. Quality Assurance : Review project deliverables for completeness, accuracy, and adherence to governance requirements. Process Improvement : Contribute to the refinement and evolution of PMO methodologies based on industry best practices.
