Consultant - Construction Advisory

We are looking for an experienced Consultant with 2‑5 years of post‑graduate experience in a similar role. Responsibilities Preparing Technical Due Diligence Reports for lenders for all asset classes prior to Financial Close Preparing Monthly Monitoring Reports for lenders for all asset classes through the Construction Phase Providing advice to lenders throughout the life of the project on technical aspects, including contractual documentation, schedule, cost, operational aspects and risk Interfacing with the client and other consultants at all project stages Researching construction market conditions throughout Canada, including analysis of official published data Developing new business opportunities with existing and new Turner & Townsend clients Managing knowledge – ensuring key information and learning from each commission are entered into internal databases and shared Quality Control – ensuring compliance with quality standards and participation in ISO audits Ensuring commissions are managed to the right quality standards and are completed efficiently and on time Ensuring service delivery on commissions is in line with the conditions of appointment Qualifications 2‑5 years of relevant experience within construction A recognized university degree Membership in relevant professional organisations is a bonus (CIQS / RICS) Benefits 100% covered health and dental benefits for you and your dependents (including paramedical services) Health spending account to top up expenses not covered in the benefits program RRSP option with company matching Annual learning and development budget Access to a range of online learning tools and support for career development and growth Coverage of one professional membership or licence fee per year, if directly related to your role Work‑life balance with vacation, flex and sick days Flexible, hybrid work approach to support professional and personal balance Commitment to creating a diverse, equitable and inclusive culture that promotes belonging This role can report out of our Toronto or Edmonton office.
