This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in demand generation, paid media, and lifecycle marketing. You will take full ownership and accountability for developing and executing omnichannel campaigns with a proactive, problem‑solving mindset, driving and nurturing high‑quality leads through the funnel to achieve measurable business growth. Key Responsibilities Lead & Demand Generation Partner with the Head of Marketing and Sales to design and implement strategies that attract and convert qualified leads. Build awareness and engagement with target audiences across digital channels. Content & Email Marketing Collaborate with content and event teams to deliver promotional assets aligned with the buyer’s journey. Create targeted email workflows using advanced segmentation, automation, and personalization to nurture leads. Marketing Automation Manage Salesforce Account Engagement (Pardot) and Salesforce CRM for lead nurturing, scoring, and segmentation. Ensure seamless integration and accurate lead flow. Paid Media & SEM Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, and emerging platforms. Execute PPC strategies, test creative/keywords/landing pages, and maximize ROI. Social & Retargeting Develop paid social campaigns across LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and X/Twitter to build awareness and pipeline. Implement retargeting strategies to re‑engage prospects and accelerate conversion. Customer Marketing Support retention and win‑back campaigns to improve customer lifetime value, revenue growth, and re‑engagement of churned accounts. Analytics & Reporting Leverage GA4, Looker Studio, and Salesforce dashboards to monitor traffic, pipeline metrics, and campaign ROI. Track and analyze KPIs such as CPL, CPA, CTR, SQLs, and ROAS; provide actionable recommendations. Maintain tracking infrastructure (GTM, UTMs, conversion pixels). Work cross‑functionally with sales, product, client delivery, and marketing teams to align marketing efforts. Present campaign insights and recommendations to stakeholders and senior management. Requirements Experience: 3–5 years in demand generation/performance marketing, ideally in B2B tech. Tools & Platforms: Proficiency with Salesforce Account Engagement (Pardot), Salesforce CRM, GA4 (certification preferred), Looker Studio, and major paid media platforms. Analytical Skills: Strong data analysis and optimization mindset. Communication: Clear, confident communicator with strong presentation skills. Creativity: Ability to develop innovative, test‑and‑learn campaign strategies. Preferred Qualifications Direct B2B tech marketing experience with complex products or services. Project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple deadlines. Knowledge of Account‑Based Marketing (ABM) tools such as 6sense. Familiarity with AI applications in marketing operations. Commitment to continuous learning and staying ahead of digital trends. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Lead Generation & Pipeline: Volume and quality of SQLs (50%). Campaign Operations & Optimization: Conversion efficiency and pipeline contribution (20%). Customer Marketing: Retention and win‑back performance (15%). Reporting & Insights: Accuracy and clarity of dashboards/metrics (15%).
