We’re seeking a visionary leader to drive strategy, innovation, and operational excellence across our procurement related Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) function. In this high-impact role, you’ll report to the Head of Procurement and lead a global team of ~50 professionals, influencing how we manage “first line” risk and governance across 20,000+ contracts and 10,000+ vendors. You’ll be at the forefront of regulatory compliance, technology adoption, and process transformation, ensuring we meet OSFI B-10 standards while leveraging AI and advanced analytics to optimize workflows. Position Responsibilities Provide strategic leadership and operational execution for global vendor risk management. Oversee end‑to‑end vendor lifecycle, ensuring OSFI B-10 compliance and timely regulatory deliverables. Optimize processes and workflows across Vendor Governance, Information Security Risk, and Audit Remediation teams. Drive adoption of AI tools and analytics for risk assessment and workflow automation. Ensure effective integration of systems (Ivalua, ProcessUnity, Archer) for data governance and reporting. Build strong cross‑functional partnerships with procurement, legal, and second‑line risk functions. Lead remediation of audit findings and deliver executive‑level reporting on vendor risk metrics. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Risk Management, or related field; advanced degree preferred. 10+ years of experience in vendor management, procurement, or third‑party risk within a regulated global environment. Expertise in OSFI B‑10 compliance or similar regulatory frameworks; experience interfacing with regulators. Proven success leading large, diverse teams across geographies. Strong background in process optimization, operational excellence, and AI‑driven risk management. Proficiency with workflow and risk tools (Ivalua, ProcessUnity, Archer or similar). Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills; ability to influence senior leadership. Strategic thinker with strong execution and accountability mindset.
