Base pay range CA$45.00/hr - CA$55.00/hr Direct message the job poster from Insight Global Lead Technical Recruiter at Insight Global Required Skills & Experience · Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, Management Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or a related field within Information Technology. · Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent project exposure. · 8 to 10 years of experience in project or program management, including 5+ years on large projects. · Project, program and portfolio management, business transformation and process improvement experience on large, complex enterprise systems and products. · Strong collaboration and communication skills working with various stakeholders · Experience leading cross-functional teams and working collaboratively with multiple stakeholders. · Proficiency in project management methodology, with the ability to identify and resolve issues, manage risk, develop detailed work plans and specifications, manage resource allocations, and facilitate productive team meetings. · Proven capacity to juggle multiple projects simultaneously and collaborate effectively with a Product Manager. · Detail-oriented with an unwavering focus on the big picture and delivering results. · Demonstrated leadership abilities, with the power to inspire teamwork and motivate project teams. · Proven problem-solving skills with the ability to address complex issues through keen instincts and organizational · Ability to manage business stakeholders' expectations and understand business processes and requirements to ensure project scope, business and technical requirements are clear, and agreed on, by each stakeholder. · Vendor Management experience and skills – ability to build relationships, regular check-ins and manage expected deliverable timelines to documented SOW Job Summary Insight Global is hiring an IT Project Manager to lead and oversee technology initiatives for a higher education institution.
