Job Description Our Western Canada Team is looking to grow our team; we provide unique opportunities to engage with high‑profile clients and drive transformative initiatives across diverse industries. We are looking for exceptional consulting professionals who have a broad understanding of solutions, and industry best practices, and with hands‑on experience on business processes or technology projects. Must be local to Alberta – willing to work in a hybrid environment and travel to the United States; one week per month. For these opportunities, you must be legally eligible to work in Canada, holding either Permanent Residency or full Citizenship status. Sia Partners is unable to cover relocation expenses at this time. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute change management strategies and plans to support the successful implementation of OT solutions such as ADMS, OMS, SCADA, or related technologies. Partner with project teams, business leaders, and stakeholders to assess impacts, identify readiness gaps, and drive engagement across the organization. Serve as a trusted advisor and critical thinker – constructively challenging decisions and approaches to ensure alignment with organizational goals. Lead stakeholder analysis, communication planning, training design, and adoption measurement activities. Support continuous improvement by capturing lessons learned and embedding change management best practices into project delivery. Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders to maintain focus on long‑term outcomes. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, Human Resources, or a related field; an equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered. Master’s degree or MBA is considered an asset. Prosci Change Management Certification or other recognized change management certification is highly desirable. Extensive experience in Change Management, preferably within the Utilities sector. Strong understanding of Operational Technology (OT) systems and processes (e.g., ADMS, OMS, SCADA) or experience supporting technology implementation within complex organizational environments. Proven ability to influence, coach, and constructively challenge stakeholders at all organizational levels. Demonstrated success in driving adoption, engagement, and sustainment across large‑scale change initiatives. Familiarity with Agile principles and practices, including an understanding of team roles and responsibilities. Formal SCRUM or Agile certifications will be considered an asset. Proven ability to stay focused and productive throughout long, multi‑year projects while collaborating effectively with teams and stakeholders.
