**Description**
**Duties**
- Deliver change management for Global Finance Department strategic projects - inclusive of change planning, determining Global Finance Department messages, content creation, review, and communication
- Deliver training for business partners to learn content of the Global Finance Department strategic projects and their role in it - inclusive of change planning, content creation, and communication
- Ensure change strategy for assigned projects is integrated with the overall Global Finance Department change management strategy
**Basic Qualifications**
- Demonstrated experience within Change Management
- Prior experience leading change management efforts
- Demonstrated experience in creating communications and presentation materials for a variety of audiences
- Degree in a business related field
- Demonstrated Project Management experience
- Multi-business unit experience
- Exceptional leadership and networking skills
- Extremely proactive and focused mindset with an ability to manage across all levels of the organization
- Ability to influence without formal authority
- Ability to build consensus quickly
- Ability to simplify complex information and develop clear communications and presentation materials to a variety of audiences
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt to multiple cultures and countries; fluent in English
