Grow sales and retain existing customers by merchandising solutions and providing service excellence. Gain new sales through new products and customers. Provide customers with feedback and training on cleaning and sanitation through high quality surveys. Complete Value Visit surveys based on the customer’s required visit frequency (semi-annual, annual, or quarterly) and provide feedback & coaching to support store needs. Facilitate the sale of Ecolab products by making suggestions for improvements with existing products and new innovations. Complete the Serv‑Safe training and become certified. Develop and enhance existing relationships with customers while working independently and maintaining your own schedule. Position Details Territory: All of Saskatchewan surrounding areas Applicants must live in Regina (or close surrounding areas) Overnight Travel: Approximately 7 per month Weekend Rotation: Rotating weekend coverage based on customer needs (once every 11 weeks) Compensation Package Base salary with a bonus potential Dishwasher placement and sales growth incentives Company car with coverage on gas, maintenance and insurance Fantastic company matched pension plan Benefits with medical, dental, disability coverage from day 1 Full training program (classroom and job shadowing) Cell phone Share purchase plan Education funding Employee Assistance Program Opportunity for growth and advancement Expected total compensation is in the range of $58,700–$73,900. Minimum Qualifications High School Diploma; post‑secondary education preferred. 1–2 years of food industry experience preferred. New graduates welcome Must have a valid driver’s license and acceptable Motor Vehicle Record. Availability to provide emergency call assistance which may occur at night, on weekends and over holidays. Ability to travel to the US for training/meetings. No immigration sponsorship available.
