**JOB SUMMARY**

The _**Territory Sales Representative, located in Regina, SK**_ will support and grow sales within a designated geographic territory by building strong client relationships, delivering exceptional service, and promoting our range of electrical products and solutions. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying opportunities, achieving sales targets, and driving customer satisfaction.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**

**1. Sales and Business Development**
- Collaborate in developing sales plans to meet or exceed revenue targets.
- Identify, prospect, and establish relationships with new clients while maintaining existing accounts.
- Promote electrical products and solutions to contractors, distributors, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders.
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions tailored to client needs.

**2. Territory Management**
- Regularly visit clients and job sites to maintain a strong presence and address customer needs.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align sales strategies and initiatives.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline management, and customer interactions in the company’s CRM system.

**3. Customer Relationship Management**
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to inquiries and resolving issues.
- Act as a trusted advisor, offering solutions aligned with client business goals and project needs.
- Work closely with key stakeholders to ensure seamless implementation and integration of solutions.

**4. Team Collaboration**
- Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to achieve business objectives.
- Participate in sales meetings and training sessions.

**5. Compliance and Ethics**
- Ensure compliance with company policies and ethical standards.
- Adhere to all legal and regulatory requirements within the territory.

**Education and Experience**

2+ years of proven success in sales, preferably in the electrical, lighting, or construction industry.

**KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS**
- **Technical Knowledge**: Familiarity with electrical products and industry trends is highly desirable.
- **Communication**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present technical concepts to diverse audiences.
- **Organization**: Strong time management and organizational skills for handling multiple accounts and priorities.
- **Technology**: Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other sales tools.

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Access to a reliable vehicle.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
