Include project names, unit counts, your role, and timeline from design to permit. What's your typical package price for complete MEP design on a 6-unit, 2-storey wood frame building? Break down what's included and excluded. Describe your fastest MEP package delivery. What was the project, timeline, and how you achieved speed without sacrificing quality? How do you coordinate with structural/architectural to minimize RFIs during construction? Provide specific examples. What's your current capacity for concurrent projects?
