Role Description This is a full‑time, on‑site role based in Brampton, ON, for a Senior Project Planner. The Senior Project Planner is responsible for managing and optimizing project schedules, planning development activities, overseeing project controls, and ensuring efficient project execution. Daily responsibilities include conducting analyses, collaborating with various teams to align timelines, creating detailed plans, and communicating project progress to stakeholders. Qualifications Strong skills in Planning, Scheduling, and Project Control to develop and manage comprehensive project timelines and ensure deliverable milestones are met effectively. Proficient Analytical Skills to assess project progress, identify potential risks, and recommend appropriate solutions to maintain project goals. Excellent Communication and Planning skills to collaborate with cross‑functional teams, efficiently convey project updates, and adapt plans as needed. Proven experience in project management or planning roles, particularly within the real estate or construction industry. Proficiency in project management tools and software is an asset. Post‑secondary education in Project Management, Urban Planning, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred. Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
