We manage projects from construction to property management encompassing a complete design/build. Our work ranges from the management and development of completely new builds, refurbishments and fit-outs for Companies.

We are currently looking for an experienced planner to join our growing team

**Key Responsibilities**
- Provides supervision and assistance to planners in the development and integration of individual schedules into the total project plan and driving consistency across the Bid/project.
- Contribute to the analysis and summarization of policy documents, zoning by-laws and background studies; Carry out regulatory, site and context analyses of projects;
- Work with and support intermediate and senior planners in carrying out a range of land use planning projects and other specialized policy studies across the GTA and Ontario
- Conduct and contribute to detailed research, including jurisdictional and legislative framework reviews.
- Prepare and contribute to planning documents and reports including background reports, analytical and rationale reports, and plans.
- Support policy development for land use plans and other community plans and projects, as needed, based on inputs from research and engagement.

**Requirements**:

- A bachelor's or graduate degree in planning from a planning program accredited by the Professional Standards Board.
- Membership in good standing with the OPPI and CIP is desirable
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
- Superior organizational, time and project management skills.
- Results oriented individual with the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and timelines.
