**Job Title: Afternoon Shift Supervisor****Job Description**Join a forward-thinking company specializing in the manufacture of high-efficiency transformer units and power distribution solutions. We are seeking an Afternoon Shift Supervisor to ensure timely completion of assembly tasks, crucial for meeting our project deadlines.**Responsibilities**Oversee the assembly of power distribution units using hand and power tools, including screwdrivers, wrenches, and air-compressed power tools.Read and interpret mechanical and electrical diagrams for assembly tasks.Perform electrical wiring to panels and install them into the outer shell of distribution units.Test completed power distribution units to ensure functionality.Engage in general cleaning duties, such as building skids and other assigned tasks.Collaborate closely with a buddy system to ensure comprehensive understanding of mechanical assembly procedures.Supervise team members to foster development and ensure efficient workflow.**Essential Skills**2-3+ years of experience in electrical wiring and assembly.2+ years of experience reading and working from electrical schematics.1+ years of experience in mechanical assembly with hand and power tools.2+ years of team lead experience in a manufacturing or assembly environment.**Additional Skills & Qualifications**Strong team management and supervisory skills.Experience in production management and plant operations.**Why Work Here?**This is a long-term, full-time opportunity with ample room for growth and advancement.
