**Valle Foam**, a division of VPC Group Inc. is looking for **Experienced Manufacturing Labourers **to support our polyurethane foam manufacturing operation in **Brampton, ON.**

**Afternoon shifts are available.**

**Salary $18.00 per hour plus shift premium (Afternoon)**

**Attitude**
- Motivated self-starter

- Ability to work until the job is complete

**Safety Responsibilities**:

- Abide by all safety policies, procedures and best practices
- Identify, report and avoid all hazards
- Operate with safety in mind at all times
- Report any near misses to supervisor

**Cleaning**:

- Sweep factory floors
- Collect/Empty garbage
- Use baler to compact excess material
- Clear machines of build-up
- Organize work areas
- Lift/push/pull up to 50 lbs

**Shipping/Packing Responsibilities**:

- Package finished products according to customer requirements
- Stack finished products in designated areas and/or on skids
- Load trucks/trailers
- Lift/push/pull up to 50 lbs
- Read and understand labels

**Material handling**:

- Locate/retrieve/place products in the warehouse
- Adhere materials together using glueing equipment and techniques
- Transfer materials to manufacturing cells using carts
- Lift/push/pull up to 50 lbs

**Criteria**:

- Must have a reliable method of transportation
- Must be dependable, trustworthy and value accountability
