Company Link : R Systems | Digital Product Engineering Position Overview As a HubSpot Lead / Architect at R Systems, you will play a key role in the full software development lifecycle, including designing, implementing, and leading HubSpot solutions for our client. This role will be responsible for overall HubSpot architecture, integrations, customization, and best practices while working closely with business and technical stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of HubSpot (CRM, Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, Service Hub). Act as the technical lead for HubSpot‑related initiatives and enhancements. Design and implement custom workflows, automation, pipelines, and reporting dashboards. Manage HubSpot integrations with third‑party tools and internal systems (APIs, middleware, data sync). Ensure data integrity, security, and governance within HubSpot. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to developers and admins. Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable HubSpot solutions. Support deployment, testing, documentation, and ongoing optimization. Stay updated with HubSpot product updates and best practices. Required Skills & Experience 7+ years of experience in CRM solutions, with strong hands‑on experience in HubSpot. Proven experience as a HubSpot Lead, Architect, or Senior Consultant. Strong understanding of HubSpot architecture, APIs, custom objects, and automation. Experience with data migration, system integrations, and reporting. Ability to lead remote teams and work in a client‑facing role. Excellent communication and documentation skills. Nice to Have HubSpot certifications (Admin, Developer, Solutions Architect).
