IT Project Manager, Planning & Forecasting (Contract) Spin Master Games is looking for an experienced IT Project Manager to lead the deployment of a Business Planning, Budgeting, and Forecasting platform. The role will ensure that the implementation aligns with business objectives, is delivered on time, within scope, and on budget. What you will do The Project Manager will oversee the end‑to‑end implementation process, working closely with Finance, IT, and business units to deliver a solution that meets organizational needs. Key Responsibilities Plan, execute, and deliver the deployment of the planning and forecasting platform. Gather requirements, design solutions, and coordinate execution across cross‑functional teams. Lead cross‑functional teams of Finance, IT, and external vendors. Oversee testing phases to ensure high data integrity and that business solutions meet requirements. Provide regular project updates and actionable insights to executive leadership. Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and dependencies. Prepare and maintain project documentation, including project charters, requirements, and training materials. Conduct post‑implementation reviews to capture lessons learned and measure success. Streamline planning, budgeting, forecasting, and consolidation processes. Collaborate with finance stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement and automation. Facilitate workshops and training to drive adoption. Required Skills & Experience Minimum 10 years of IT project management experience. Proven success implementing financial systems (Anaplan, Adaptive Planning, or similar) with SAP integration. PMP, PgMP, or equivalent certification. Experience in consumer products, manufacturing, or related industries a plus. Strong understanding of finance processes, FPA, statutory reporting, and compliance. Ability to deliver large‑scale IT projects on time and within budget in a global environment. Expertise in change management, user training, and adoption strategies. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills. Proficiency in leveraging analytics to drive financial insights. Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies. Additional Information The assignment concludes on August 21, 2026. This position requires an onsite presence two to three days per week. Salary in Ontario: $120,000 to $130,000 per annum, dependent on experience and other factors.
