This job is a full-time, regular position beginning January 2026. ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES Oversee and manage all dishwashing needs including; sorting, pre-washing, providing pre-soak solution and bins, loading and unloading dishwasher, proper storage of flatware, glassware, plate ware and kitchen utensils and cooking ware Clean kitchen equipment; sinks, stoves, fridges, etc Ensure floor is clean and dry at all times Remove garbage and recycling to appropriate bins when needed Unload pop, food and other items and carry to proper storage areas as assigned Maintain kitchen work areas, equipment, or utensils in clean and orderly condition During non -dishwashing duty periods, may be assigned to support the line cook team in any food prep or line production required Maintain a calm demeanor during periods of high volume or unusual events Other duties as assigned REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS Positive attitude and good communication skills Previous kitchen experience is an asset Mature, energetic, dependable and self-motivated High attention to detail, good communication skills with a passion for cleanliness and organization Handle stress in a professional manner Enjoy working with a team in a busy, fast-paced environment Strong sense of teamwork, and a positive demeanor Commitment to follow all safety standards, practices and requirements Must be able to react quickly and efficiently, with flexibility Comfortable lifting, pushing, pulling, and carrying objects weighing up to 50 pounds Comfortable working on your feet for extended periods of time in both an indoor and outdoor environment.
