Your tasks will include: Opening accounts for new customers. Preparing project invoices. Updating project information in the system when changes occur, in consultation with project managers or other colleagues. Helping the billing clerk and ensuring that everything runs smoothly. Answering customer questions about their invoices. Producing end-of-month reports for the controller. Being available for internal requests (admin, management, electricians, etc.). Any other related tasks.
