We are seeking a proactive Operations Analyst to join our central team supporting GPCBE’s senior management and delivery teams. This role is ideal for someone who is proactive and thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working across multiple teams, and wants to build expertise in operations, strategy, and financial management. Responsibilities Strategic & Operational Support Collaborate across teams to create and consolidate materials related to strategic roadmaps. Items often include key program and project milestones, cloud migration plans, and application rationalization plans. Contribute to internal and technology-wide cost optimization initiatives. Lead GPCBE’s onboarding program for new hires, coordinating logistics, training sessions, and system/office access. Resource & Financial Planning Support resource capacity planning and tracking across GPCBE, ensuring alignment with financial goals. Support financial planning and tracking, both from an overall budget perspective, as well as specific areas of focus such as chargeback models across GPCBE’s application portfolio. Communications & Stakeholder Engagement Represent GPCBE in biweekly calls with the Global Communications team. Create team-wide communications, regular stakeholder updates, and organize SVP-led sessions such as Ask Me Anything events. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Business, Technology or related area. Operations, Business Analyst and/or Project Coordinator experience. Financial Acumen. Self-motivated and results-oriented – desire to take the initiative and go the extra mile. Strong communication in English (both written/verbal) and presentation skills. Ability to interact with cross-functional teams and leadership. Good analytical, problem solving, and organizational skills. Team player and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Good understanding of MS Office applications (Excel and PowerPoint in particular). Experience in Banking/Financial industry is a nice-to-have. Experience with AI tools is an asset (e.g., CoPilot), with a view to process optimization in the future.
