CanPrev, a leading Canadian natural health company, is looking for an energetic, enthusiastic and detail-oriented Operations Analyst to join its quickly growing team. This role engages with external suppliers and internal stakeholders through analysis, vendor relationship management and proactive organization skills.

**Position**:Operations Analyst

**Responsibilities**:

- Maintain accurate physical inventory information (cost, quantity, SKU velocity, etc)
- Coordinate supply-chain and logistics to ensure material and finished goods arrive on time
- Verify product label information and the accuracy of products received
- Inventory cycle count, and year end count
- Prepare mockups for tradeshows and new product listings
- Assist with warehouse fulfillment when needed
- Support operations, sales and accounting teams in miscellaneous areas

**Requirement**:

- Detail oriented, high accuracy
- Strong sense of urgency and good time management
- Strong computer skills
- Fast learner
- Good problem solving skills
- Proactive in dealing with clients & suppliers
- Great communication skills
- English and Mandarin speaking

**Preferred**:

- Bachelors degree

While this position is primarily remote, occasional visits to our office will be required to verify physical inventory.
