Agam operates at the intersection of asset management and insurance, supporting end-to-end execution of insurance strategies from deal origination, M&A, pricing, and operational execution. We are seeking a highly analytical associate to support fast‑paced M&A and strategic initiatives in the life and annuity insurance industry. This role provides exposure to live transactions, regulatory analyses, and corporate projections across the insurance industry, with a focus on modeling, analysis, and process enhancement. Key responsibilities include Support the full transaction life‑cycle from due diligence to deal execution and operating company support Conduct ad hoc analyses to inform strategic decisions Develop and maintain asset and liability cash flow projection models using C#, Python, Excel, and other modeling tools Validate and stress‑test models to ensure accuracy, compliance, and investor confidence Identify opportunities to enhance modeling systems and workflows, improving efficiency and automation Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Actuarial Science, Statistics, Finance, Economics, or a related quantitative field Graduate of a selective, top‑tier undergraduate program with strong academic performance Strong quantitative, analytical, and problem‑solving skills Strong coding skills (C#, Python, or other OOP frameworks preferred) Location: Toronto, Ontario, Canada #J-18808-Ljbffr
