Responsibilities Lead, organize, and oversee the Royal College of Physicians & Surgeons of Canada’s Medical Oncology residency training program. Report directly to the Vice-Chair, Education or their designate, the Departmental Division Director, and the Associate Dean, Postgraduate Medical Education. Ensure residents achieve required competencies and are fully prepared for Royal College examinations and future careers as Medical Oncology subspecialists. Collaborate with faculty, residents, and hospital sites to maintain world-class clinical care, research, education, and quality improvement activities. Qualifications Physician with an MD degree. Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada Medical Oncology Specialist or eligible for certification. Licensure in Ontario. Preferred rank: Assistant Professor or above. Track record of scholarship, education, and innovative leadership is a strong asset. Clinical Site & Compensation Preferred hospital site negotiated with the candidate: one of Sinai Health Systems, Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre (SHSC), St. Michael’s Hospital, or University Health Network. Annual stipend of $37,500 plus HST (if applicable). Administrative assistant support and team workspace within the Department of Medicine.
