Notre Mission

Rôles et responsabilités
Le Calculateur MRB a pour mission d’assurer l’intégrité structurale des solutions
apportées aux problèmes de fabrication en effectuant les calculs analytiques nécessaires sur les
pièces de l’avion concernées et ce dans un délai opportun. En tant que calculateur MRB, vous êtes
rattaché au Responsable Calcul MRB.
- Effectuer les calculs de contraintes statiques pour valider les concessions proposées et, au besoin, fournir rapidement une solution alternative;
- S’assurer que les exigences en fatigue et tolérances aux dommages (DTA) soient rencontrés par les concessions proposées en les validant par calculs;
- Évaluer rapidement des problèmes structurels et fournir la direction et les conseils appropriés aux membres de l'équipe de Liaison MRB.
Compétences et qualifications requises
- Être titulaire d’un baccalauréat en génie mécanique ou aéronautique;
- Posséder un minimum de 5 années d’expérience en calcul de contraintes;
- Détenir de bonnes connaissances en résistance des matériaux ainsi qu’une habilité à effectuer des calculs à la main;
- Avoir une formation en statique, fatigue et DTA;
- Posséder une bonne maîtrise de Pastran/Nastran, NASGRO et de la suite Office;
- Maîtriser CATIA ainsi que la programmation (VBA, Python, etc.);
- Avoir déjà obtenu le niveau de signataire en stress MRB dans un autre programme ou capacité à atteindre le niveau de signataire dans un délai de 6 à 12 mois;
- Avoir déjà travaillé particulièrement sur le tronçon central de l'avion;
- Être doté de la capacité à supporter et gérer le stress et le travail sous pression;
- Être bilingue français/anglais;
- Savoir gérer son temps et ses priorités pour respecter les délais internes et imposés par le client;
- Faire preuve de rigueur;
- Apprécier le travail d’équipe et être bon communicateur pour travailler en collaboration avec l’équipe de Liaison MRB et les autres membres de l’équipe Calcul.
