Experienced Airbnb Cleaners Needed in Edmonton Are you a highly reliable and meticulous cleaner looking for flexible work with an established company? We are a successful Calgary-based Airbnb management company expanding our operations into the Edmonton market and are seeking 2-3 experienced, self-motivated cleaners to join our team. This is a great opportunity for individuals who thrive on autonomy and enjoy working during daytime hours. Key Responsibilities (Job Duties) Your primary role will be executing high-quality, fast-paced cleaning services between guest stays to ensure a 5-star experience for all our guests. Guest Turnover Cleaning: Efficiently and thoroughly clean and prepare Airbnb units between the hours of 11:00 AM and 4:00 PM. Flexible Self-Scheduling: Manage your own start times within the 11 AM - 4 PM window to ensure all units are ready for check-in. Routine Inventory Management: Conduct basic inventory checks of unit supplies (linens, toiletries, etc.). We compensate for time and travel required to pick up and deliver new supplies as part of this routine inventory duty. Requirements We are looking for professional, reliable individuals who meet the following criteria: Experience or Willingness to Learn: Proven professional cleaning experience is highly preferred (especially in hotel or short-term rental/Airbnb cleaning). We are willing to train the right candidate who demonstrates a strong work ethic and attention to detail. Vehicle Required: Must have a reliable vehicle and a valid driver's license for transporting supplies and accessing various properties across Edmonton. Own Supplies: Must own and provide all necessary professional cleaning supplies and equipment (e.g., vacuum, mop, chemicals, rags). Availability: Must be regularly available 7 days per week between the critical hours of 11:00 AM and 4:00 PM. Coachable: Must be receptive to feedback, able to follow detailed cleaning checklists, and committed to maintaining our high quality standards. Why Join Our Team?
