Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Director of Sales Marketing at We Staff Canada. The Director of Sales Marketing will be responsible for leading the sales and marketing team, developing and implementing sales strategies, and managing key client relationships. This role is located in Mississauga, ON, with flexibility for some remote work.


Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales and marketing leadership roles
  • Strong knowledge of sales and marketing strategies and techniques
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze market trends and competitors
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other sales and marketing tools
  • Ability to create and deliver sales presentations
  • Experience in the staffing industry is a plus
  • Knowledge of the local job market and industries is a plus
