We are looking for enthusiastic, passionate, honest, service-driven individuals to join our team. Don't worry if you don't know anything about cars, we will teach you everything you need to know and so much more. Responsibilities Buy cars and ensure the efficient running of your branch; you are the main point of contact for our customers. Contact customers and prioritise your diary to achieve appointments and meet targets. Do appraisals on cars, negotiate prices, close deals, and deliver exceptional customer service. Liaise with back office and work colleagues. Requirements A current full UK manual driving licence. Experience of working in a target-driven environment. Customer-focused with excellent communication skills and telephone manner. Ability to work well under pressure and independently. Ability to organise and prioritise own workload.
