As an Architectural Technologist, you will be at the heart of the action, working closely with project teams to find innovative technical solutions to building and envelope design problems. You’ll be involved in the entire process, from conducting research to building BIM models, and preparing technical drawings for institutional, commercial, and multi-residential projects in Montreal. Your mission : Study existing conditions; Research products/materials/construction methods; Create technical drawings; Write clear technical specifications; Participate in site supervision activities to ensure quality and compliance. Experience in North America; In-depth knowledge of construction principles, particularly with regard to the building envelope; Expertise in the design of technical details; Knowledge of building codes and standards; Experience in site supervision and construction administration; Experience in cost estimation; Good knowledge of REVIT.
