Overview Position Summary: we are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR professional to help shape the future of our Fulfillment Network. If you're passionate about people, process, and progress, we want to hear from you. What You'll Do Communicate with or to individuals or groups verbally and/or in writing (e.g., customers, suppliers, associates). Implement the business plan for the area by communicating goals, managing staffing and scheduling, assigning duties, coordinating workloads, and ensuring associates complete required training. Oversee daily administrative functions of the HR office (e.g., benefits, hiring, transfers, terminations, payroll) by executing and refining recruiting and staffing initiatives and researching and addressing employment-related concerns for applicants, associates, and managers. Ensure compliance with company HR policies by reviewing and maintaining the accuracy, confidentiality, and maintenance of HR documents; assist in the implementation of HR systems/applications and in researching data for HR-related issues. Maintain quality and safety standards by ensuring associates are trained on policies, standards, and procedures, monitoring compliance, and maintaining procedures and supporting documentation. Identify associate, customer, and/or supplier concerns, consult with others as needed, determine corrective actions, and make recommendations to resolve issues. Supervise and develop associates and leaders by assigning duties, coordinating workloads, monitoring performance, providing feedback, and supporting training and development needs; participate in hiring, promotion, coaching, teaching, and evaluation. Manage and coordinate training (e.g., new hire orientation, trainings, web-based training, virtual classroom for Distribution and/or Transportation) by identifying training needs, monitoring completion, and ensuring deadlines and compliance for multiple training activities. Coordinate, complete, and oversee job-related activities and assignments by building relationships with key stakeholders and supporting plans and initiatives to meet customer and business needs; identify goals and objectives, build accountability, measure progress, and promote continuous learning. Leadership and Culture Provide supervision and development opportunities for associates by hiring and training, mentoring, assigning duties, providing recognition, and fostering a sense of belonging. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures and support the company mission, values, standards of ethics and integrity by implementing action plans and promoting an Open Door Policy. Compensation and Benefits The annual base salary range for this position is $72,050.00 – $108,000.00. Additional compensation may include annual or quarterly performance bonuses and other compensation as applicable. Eligible benefits include health (medical, vision, dental), 401(k), stock purchase, life insurance, paid time off (PTO/PPTO), parental leave, family care leave, bereavement, jury duty, voting, disability benefits, employee discounts, and other programs. Qualifications Minimum Qualifications Outlined below are the required minimum qualifications for this position. If none are listed, there are no minimum qualifications. Associate's Degree in Business, Logistics, or related field and 1 year of supervisory experience; OR Bachelor's Degree in Business, Logistics, or related field; OR 2 years' Walmart Logistics management experience; OR 2 years' supervisory experience, including 1 year managing human resource processes; OR 1 year of Walmart Stores, Inc. Human Resources experience. Associates will be required to attend and successfully complete all job-required trainings and assessments (e.g., Academy trainings, Open Door trainings, etc.). Preferred Qualifications Preferred qualifications include experience in Human Resources, Microsoft Office, supervising associates, training and facilitation, and Walmart Logistics Systems. Educational background in Business or Logistics is preferred. Professional HR certifications (PHR, SPHR) are optional preferences.
