Advise senior leaders and partner across functions and regions to deliver integrated, long‑term talent solutions that advance business outcomes. Champion transformation and capability building initiatives across Canada and the broader region to accelerate TA performance and impact. Anticipate business needs and design solutions that navigate complexity and unlock opportunities. Advanced ATS experience (Oracle Cloud Recruiter is a plus) and extensive LinkedIn Recruiter expertise. Demonstrated strategic sourcing and non‑traditional pipeline development. Commitment to diversity, inclusion, and continuous improvement. Salary & Important Info Salary range: $149,825 – $194,825 (base salary determined by skills, experience, qualifications and location).
