**The Opportunity**:
The Talent Acquisition Lead will be responsible for organizing and participating in career fairs, post-secondary hiring (internships/co-op and new hires), networking events and in both internal and external employment branding.

Great communication skills are crucial for this position, as is a team-player attitude and exceptional relationship building skills.

**A Day in the Life (What you will do here)**:

- Lead and develop strategic partnerships: partner closely with leaders and managers to gain insights on their business and develop and implement strategies to provide innovative solutions to meet the staffing needs of the organization.
- Identify areas of improvement and make necessary changes to our recruitment and onboarding processes to ensure all applicants receive the best experience.
- Manage end-to-end full recruitment life cycle for Sentrex roles including phone screening, video interviews, assessments, background and reference checks.
- Provide counsel on best practices and policies to ensure effective execution of recruitment strategies and initiatives.
- Drive accountability and continuous improvement through key recruitment metrics reporting.
- Source applicants through online channels, such as LinkedIn, Indeed and other professional networks.
- Create job descriptions, postings and interview guides that reflect the requirements for each position.
- Manage vendor performance, contracts, and relationships
- Update, promote, and make updated to the employee referral program.
- Keep records of all materials used for recruitment, including interview notes and related paperwork, to share with key stakeholders.
- Other Human Resources tasks and/or projects assigned by your manager.

**What you need to ensure you are set up for success**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- 5 years of progressive experience in talent acquisition and recruitment strategies.
- Work experience recruiting in the Pharmaceutical or Healthcare industries will be considered an asset.
- Must have familiarity with direct sourcing through job boards, social media, resume databases, and professional networks.
- Strong business acumen and ability to negotiate job offers.
- Ability to manage a large volume of recruitment.
- Experience with full cycle recruiting, using various interview techniques and evaluation methods.
- Demonstrated analytical, creative thinking, and negotiation skills.
- Experience consulting, presenting, and communicating with executives and other key stakeholders.
- Lead the talent acquisition function, and team.
- Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems such as Taleo, or BambooHR or UKG is required.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to organize, plan, and prioritize.
- Strong organizational skills with a sense of urgency.
- Passionate about recruiting exceptional people.
- Experience managing contract negotiations with recruitment agencies, job boards, LinkedIn and other search vehicles.
- An ability to multi-task in a very fast paced, ever changing environment.
- Ability to fully understand the company's strategy and link it to a talent acquisition strategy.
