About the Role We’re looking for a strategic heavyweight who can shape how brands navigate AI‑first search. This role sits at the intersection of AI visibility, SEO, and industry intelligence. You’ll drive thought leadership, build research that moves the market, guide enterprise customers through the shift to AI‑driven discovery, and feed insights directly into product direction. If you understand how LLMs think, how search evolves, and what keeps CMOs awake at night, you’ll thrive here. What You’ll Own 1. Customer Strategy Leadership Act as the strategic partner for enterprise and agency customers navigating AI search, LLM optimization, AEO, and next‑gen SEO. Translate complex AI search behavior into clear, actionable playbooks for clients. Lead strategic sessions, audits, and roadmap recommendations using data from our platform. 2. Industry Research and Market Intelligence Publish high‑impact research that pushes the AI search industry forward. Build benchmarks, scoring frameworks, and proprietary insights that become industry reference points. Work closely with Product and Engineering to identify opportunities shaped by real customer pain points and market trends. Validate new features, run experiments, and translate research into product requirements. Build the internal intelligence engine that guides where we go next. 4. Thought Leadership and Brand Elevation Represent the company through webinars, industry events, reports, and long‑form analysis. Build credibility with data‑backed narratives that position us as the authority in LLM Optimization and AI Visibility. Support marketing with insights that cut through noise and resonate with executives. What Success Looks Like Our customers rely on your strategic guidance as the blueprint for how they navigate AI search. Our research becomes the reference point across the industry. Our product roadmap becomes sharper because of your input. Our market position strengthens because you consistently deliver insights others cannot replicate. What You Bring Deep understanding of SEO, AI search, LLM systems, and modern search experiences. Ability to turn emerging signals into clear frameworks and strategic guidance. Strong communication and storytelling skills that influence executives and educate practitioners. Experience in research, strategy, technical SEO, AI and ML, or product strategy. Comfort operating in ambiguity. AI search moves fast and you move faster. A bias for insight over noise. You know how to separate real trends from hype. Bonus Points Experience with enterprise SEO or AI search tooling. Experience running audit frameworks, testing cycles, or search experiments. Published industry research or insights. Understanding of schema, structured data, entities, and content architecture. Ability to anticipate where AI search is heading and guide others through the shift.
