Base pay range CA$120,000.00/yr - CA$140,000.00/yr Direct message the job poster from Constellation Dealer Group Location: Canada Remote with Travel across North America The Partnership Manager is responsible for creating, managing and sustaining strategic partnerships that support IDS Software’s business objectives in the RV and Marine industry. This role focuses on building strong relationships with key OEMs and strategic partners (such as industry associations, technology providers, and vendors). By aligning IDS’s dealer management software solutions with partner needs, the Partnership Manager helps drive new revenue opportunities, enhance product value through integrations, and ensure IDS remains competitive and innovative. Job Responsibilities Partnership Execution Support the implementation of IDS’s OEM & partner strategy as defined by executive leadership. Identify and engage with target partners (OEMs, associations, technology alliances) and execute engagement plans. Stay informed on market trends to help adjust partnership approaches as needed. Relationship Management Create, build and maintain high‑value relationships with OEM executives and partner contacts. Serve as a key point of contact for IDS’s partners, establishing trust and credibility. Conduct regular business reviews and briefings and advise partners on how IDS’s solutions can support their dealer networks and customer experience. Business Development Support Collaborate with IDS Sales to leverage OEM relationships for dealer referrals and co‑selling opportunities. Assist in creating go‑to‑market programs with partners (e.g., referral incentives, bundled offerings) to increase IDS’s market penetration. Cross‑Functional Coordination Work closely with Product Management, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Support to ensure partnership projects are executed effectively. Platform Integration Support initiatives between IDS software and OEM systems or partner solutions, such as telematics data integrations, parts catalog syncs, and warranty claim interfaces. Coordinate with IDS’s product team and partner technical teams to ensure successful implementation. Agreement Management Assist in partner negotiations and contract execution. Help structure partnership agreements, define contributions, responsibilities, revenue sharing, and data sharing policies. Work with IDS legal as needed to review contracts. Program Management Implement and oversee partnership programs. Track progress toward SMART objectives (e.g., number of mutual clients, increase in integrated feature usage). Manage joint action plans and timelines and provide updates to IDS leadership on partnership status and performance. Monitor developments in the OEM and dealer technology space and share insights with the team. Industry Engagement Represent IDS at industry events, trade shows, and partner meetings. Travel as needed to OEM headquarters and major industry events. Qualifications Minimum 5 years’ experience in sales, partnerships, or business development, preferably in software/tech At least 2 years of direct experience in the RV and Marine industry, dealership operations, or OEM partnerships Demonstrated success working with RV/marine OEMs, dealerships, or industry associations Experience managing complex, high‑value deals and long sales cycles in a B2B context Strong understanding of dealership and OEM operations, including technology integration and business processes Experience working with technology or product teams to deliver integrated solutions Excellent negotiation, strategic thinking, and communication skills Ability to evaluate partnership ROI and make data‑driven decisions Willingness to travel as required (approx. 40%-60%) Seniority level: Associate Employment type: Full‑time Job function: Business Development and Information Technology Industries: Software Development #J-18808-Ljbffr
