Position Details Position #: (V50038) Expected Start Date: January 05, 2026 Union: SUN Facility: Royal University Hospital City/Town: Saskatoon Department: Manager of Clinic Support, Clinical Standards & Professional Practice (CSPP) Type: Full-time temporary Expected Up To Date: January 02, 2027 FTE: 1 Shift Information: Days Hours of Work: 8 HR Relief: No Float: No Field Hours: No Salary or Pay Band: Pay Band Nurse B $42.040 to $52.440 Travel Required: No Job Description Under the direction of the Manager of Clinical Support, Clinical Standards & Professional Practice (CSPP), the Order Set Coordinator (OSC) works in collaboration with a wide range of disciplines to assist in development, maintenance, compliance and enhancement of Order Sets. The OSC also facilitates, guides and educates others in matters pertaining to Order Sets and their processes. The OSC provides administrative support and data analysis to CSPP and to the Departments and Sections of the Saskatchewan Health Authority in relation to the development, compliance, and efficiency of Order Sets compared to multiple healthcare outcomes. The OSC supports work with internal staff and external organization representatives to continuously advance expertise, skill and quality of product and service in the development and review of Order Sets. The OSC performs a full range of research, qualitative/quantitative review, data management as well as administrative functions. Human Resources Exemption: No Experience Min. 5 yrs. exp. in clinical setting & recent leadership position Education Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN) Licenses Basic Life Support Certificate (BLS) Competencies Problem solving skills Demonstrates leadership skills Knowledge and Abilities Makes independent clinical judgment based on evidence based best practice Highly developed written and oral communication skills Ability to effectively communicate the process of the work and facilitate others Negotiation, conflict resolution and mediation skills. Demonstrates ability to accept and implement change. Ability to demonstrate appropriate level of professional conduct and judgement.
