With a distinguished client base which includes all major National banks, corporations, start-ups and investors, this is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced commercial real estate lawyer to be involved in meaningful, complex and sizeable finance transactions in the course of acting as both counsel and business advisor to clients. Experience in advising clients on all aspects of commercial real estate transactions is required as is the ability to draft documents in the areas of secured financing and lender side financing.
