HDR is currently seeking a Water/Wastewater EIT to join our growing Water Business Group in Ontario, Canada. This position will require an individual with a passion for challenges and working across regional boundaries while identifying and pursuing opportunities which will support HDR’s long-term growth initiatives. Primary Responsibilities Assist our Senior/Intermediate Engineers preparing municipal infrastructure projects, studies and design, contract documentation and graphic presentations Provide project engineering and task management Collect, assimilate, and present data in reports, memos, and public forums Perform routine engineering assignments requiring application of standard techniques and procedures Perform administrative duties associated with project management for projects Work independently on small projects, or assist more-senior engineers on larger projects Perform other duties as needed Preferred Qualifications 3+ years of related experience in civil or environmental projects Proficient with Microsoft Office, Excel and Word, AutoCAD, GIS, MicroStation a plus Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent field Interest or experience analyzing and designing water focused systems Experience with production, simulation, and automation such as BIM systems, numerical modeling platforms, and other production tools Must be able to work in a team environment An attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a must What We Believe HDR is our company.
