Responsibilities Work as a member of a design team preparing hydrology, hydraulics, storm drain, ditch, channel, roadway drainage, hydraulic analysis of bridges and culverts, stormwater management, hydrologic assessment, floodplain and riverine analysis using local or HEC/USACE standards. Assist the team in preparing plans, analyses, and reports for projects of various sizes and complexity. Produce Drainage Reports, Drainage Plans and Profiles, Erosion and Sediment Control Plans, and Floodplain Mapping and Permitting. Perform on‑site field surveying, data collection, and analysis as required. Perform other duties as needed. Preferred Qualifications Minimum 2 years of experience in Water Resources Engineering and/or transportation drainage projects. Experience with Civil 3D, InRoads, Open Roads Designer. Experience with GIS, hydrologic and hydraulic modeling (PCSWMM, VisualOTTHYMO, HEC‑HMS, HEC‑RAS, HY‑8). Excellent technical and general communication skills. Self‑motivated, able to work independently and with a project team. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent field. Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, AutoCAD, and hydraulic modeling software. Self‑motivated, able to work independently and with a project team.
