Enterprise Account Executive (AE) Company: HYPE Innovation. Our modular, AI‑powered software connects strategy with delivery, helping business units align efforts, make smarter decisions, and scale what works across the enterprise. Location: Hybrid, Laval. Responsibilities Identify and close new business opportunities, turning prospects into long‑term partners. Develop key customer stakeholder relationships and drive customer satisfaction at assigned accounts. Develop and drive the overall long‑term strategy for the account, aligned to customer business objectives. Coordinate internal HYPE resources to meet customer business needs. Perform account planning at assigned accounts, coordinating with Customer Success Managers, Services, and SDRs. Lead RFPs, RFIs, and evaluation processes. Share HYPE value proposition with new and/or existing customers. Travel up to 25% to meet clients and attend key events. Qualifications Average of 5 years of full‑cycle sales experience, with at least 3 in tech. Proven experience and success in new logo selling (Hunter role) and managing existing customer accounts to drive upsell/cross‑sell opportunities. Ability to build and deliver presentations to customers. Ability to strategize with a large extended team. Strong project management aptitudes.
