Job Description 4-6 years of overall experience in Aero Domain, Design, Manufacturing (Detail and assembly methods) Minimum of 3 years in Manufacturing domain, Shop Floor support, Methods Engineering Exposure to Aircraft Primary, Secondary Structures and Systems, Electrical Tools/Applications: MS Office Skills: Write and revise technical instruction documents (Process sheets) for aircraft Sheet metal and Machine components. Write and revise assembly instruction guides or manufacturing instruction guides for the manufacturing or assembly of aircraft components. Interpret, verify and approve drawings and other engineering documents Develop assembly and manufacturing strategies for aircraft components. Harmonize the implementation of engineering changes or assembly strategies by working in close collaboration with Engineering, Parts Logistics, Quality and Production Interpret, verify and approve drawings/Work Instructions and other engineering documents Develop detail manufacturing strategies for aircraft components. Knowledge of Aircraft materials, Heat treatment and Special process. Knowledge on different manufacturing and machining process. Preparation of condition of Supply (Detailed & Assembly parts) to meet assembly conditions in Catia V5. Responsible for project management, client communication and personal interaction with the various department involved in the manufacturing like NC programming, Production, Purchase, Quality etc. Harmonize the implementation of engineering changes by working in close collaboration with Engineering, Parts Logistics, Quality and Production. Understanding of manufacturing and assembly techniques (metallic & composites) Good understanding of aircraft structures. Participation in periodic internal/external reviews Should be able to perform with minimal guidance Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Organized and able to meet deadlines
