Role Overview
The Influencer Marketing Coordinator will support the planning, execution, and reporting of influencer marketing campaigns across multiple clients. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a keen understanding of influencer trends. You’ll be a key player in ensuring campaigns run smoothly—from research and outreach to tracking and reporting.
Key Responsibilities
Influencer Research & Outreach
- Research and identify influencers across relevant social platforms, including: TikTok, Meta and YouTube.
- Build and maintain influencer databases and contact lists.
- Build strong relationships with talent agents and influencers.

Campaign Support
- Assist in the development of influencer campaign briefs, guidelines, and timelines.
- Support contract administration and deliverable tracking.
- Coordinate influencer product mailings, seeding kits, or event invites.
- Monitor influencer content for brand alignment and compliance (ASC guidelines).

Events & Partnerships
- Support on end-to-end planning and execution of influencer events.
- Support Influencer Marketing Managers/Directors and Client Service team in vendor and partnerships research.
- Provides on-site support at influencer events.

Execution & Reporting
- Track campaign deliverables, deadlines, and content approvals.
- Compile campaign results, analytics, and performance metrics.
- Assist with creating client-facing reports and recap presentations.

Team & Administrative Support
- Provide day-to-day support to Influencer Marketing Managers/Directors and Client Service team.
- Participate in internal brainstorms, sharing creative ideas that help drive and amplify the influencer strategy.
- Stay on top of social trends, influencer industry updates, and competitor activity.

**Qualifications**:

- Six months - one year of experience in PR role, with direct influencer experience.
- Degree or diploma in communications, marketing, public relations, digital media, or related field.
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Snap Chat, Pinterest, etc.)
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Basic knowledge of influencer marketing tools (e.g., CreatorIQ, Traackr) is an asset but not required.
- A strong demonstration of accountability, willingness to learn and develop skillset and open to sharing ideas, feedback and recommendations to drive total agency optimization and excellence.
- A proactive, collaborative, detail-oriented team player with a passion for influencer culture.
