Here’s to crafting careers and creating new legacies. Crafted Highlights: In the role of a Brand Experience Summer Field Representative in Toronto you will be part of the Ontario sales teams. You will be exposed to the ever‑growing, fast‑paced beverage industry and engage in real‑world problem‑solving while immersing yourself in social and educational opportunities with other representatives. The contract is full‑time, beginning in May and ending in August. Upon graduation, representatives may be eligible for full‑time positions within Molson Coors Beverage Company. This position reports to the Territory Sales Manager and works closely with the Territory Sales Representatives, Merchandisers, and other teams from different functions. What You’ll Be Brewing: Experience sales team training to develop your professional skill set with a focus on sales and marketing, the consumer, and analytics. Execution of promotions and events – lead/support with the execution of core programming for Molson Coors at local events (golf tournaments, concerts, and festivals). Merchandising – setting up signage, merchandise and promotional materials at accounts and events. Represent Molson Coors as a brand ambassador with our consumers, customers, and members within your community. Reporting – understanding and identifying business performance, distribution and volume opportunities within on‑premises customers. Present key insights and recommendations as part of a small group responsible for presenting to MCBC Leaders at the end of the summer. Qualifications: Third or fourth year pursuing a university or college degree. Ability and willingness to work a flexible schedule if needed, including some evenings and weekends. Valid driver’s licence with no limitations or restrictions and a recent driver’s abstract. Smart Serve Certificate (or provincial equivalent) or ability to obtain one. Comfortable driving larger vehicles (e.g., cargo van). Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Comfortable with 4+ hours one‑way travel, but no more than 5 hours at once (e.g., Toronto to Ottawa for events). Resident of or familiar with the assigned territory. Innate ability to build empathy with consumers, particularly millennials and diverse consumers. Strong relationship‑building and collaboration skills. Accountability for results, acting with integrity and honoring commitments. Thirst for learning and continual personal and professional growth. Field sales summer representative will have access to a Molson vehicle for the summer to use for work purposes, a sales iPad, and a cell‑phone budget, paid $20/hour.
