Role description: Exciting opportunity to join the Salesforce Finance and Revenue Operations Team as a Global Support Contract Specialist . You will provide guidance to Account Executives in the Small Medium & Commercial business units worldwide on Quote-to-Cash processes, including deal structure inquiries, quote and contract support, complex deal calculations, service delivery assistance, and compliance with revenue and company policies. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of Salesforce quote-to-cash systems, cross-cloud Salesforce product knowledge, and SMB software sales practices. This role requires independent work, quick decision-making, collaboration with global team specialists and business partners, and effective communication with diverse stakeholders globally. This role is customer zero for new Salesforce products, AI, and transformation; change management and ability to manage multiple NPIs is required. Responsibilities Include Help drive revenue growth by enhancing the selling experience through quick, efficient, and customer-focused Quote-to-Cash support Partner with and guide Account Executives in executing transactional to complex cross-cloud deals effectively and efficiently Business partnering: collaborate with Sales, Revenue Recognition, Deal Desk Support, and Legal to drive deal execution; provide suggestions/assistance for contract negotiations or customer satisfaction issues Create, modify, and execute quotes to ensure accuracy, completeness and compliance Ensure compliance with all company policies and SOX compliance Enable Sales and facilitate cross-training among the team via internal messaging, phone, or email as training opportunities are identified Become a technical SME and drive transformation to a new Salesforce internal Org Drive operational excellence through process improvement, technology, agents, and innovation Create, update, and improve internal departmental policies as required Stay informed on, learn, and provide support for new NPIs and acquisitions to meet customer demands Provide subject matter expertise on projects within Sales Operations and Revenue Operations as needed Review and revise policies related to quote, order, invoice, credit, commissions, and revenue processing to identify improvements; develop innovative solutions and workarounds Support onboarding of new team members and contribute to the knowledge base with insights to help the team succeed Operate with performance excellence that meets or exceeds team success measures Required Skills/Experience Bachelors degree or equivalent 2-3 years minimum in customer order management, sales operations, or sales/customer support Contract structuring and commission calculation experience Desired Skills/Experience Proven track record in process improvement initiatives and/or project management Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to engage in constructive debates and think on your feet Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with adaptable, timely delivery Understanding of broader business and financial concepts; capable of managing multiple projects under tight deadlines Meticulous attention to detail Excellent communication in person and virtual settings Ability to clearly communicate case resolutions and actions to Account Executives Team player who excels in collaboration Proficient with Google suite; Salesforce experience is a bonus Demonstrated proactivity and initiative Strong problem-solving skills and ability to analyze issues quickly for resolutions Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks and projects Location & Accommodations This role is hybrid and requires going into the office 3 days per week.
