You will provide guidance to Account Executives in the Small Medium & Commercial business units worldwide on Quote-to-Cash processes, including deal structure inquiries, quote and contract support, complex deal calculations, service delivery assistance, and compliance with revenue and company policies. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of Salesforce quote-to-cash systems, cross-cloud Salesforce product knowledge, and SMB software sales practices. This role requires independent work, quick decision-making, collaboration with global team specialists and business partners, and effective communication with diverse stakeholders globally. This role is customer zero for new Salesforce products, AI, and transformation; change management and ability to manage multiple NPIs is required. If you are detail-oriented and solution-focused, we want to hear from you.Responsibilities IncludeHelp drive revenue growth by enhancing the selling experience through quick, efficient, and customer-focused Quote-to-Cash supportPartner with and guide Account Executives in executing transactional to complex cross-cloud deals effectively and efficientlyBusiness partnering: collaborate with Sales, Revenue Recognition, Deal Desk Support, and Legal to drive deal execution; provide suggestions/assistance for contract negotiations or customer satisfaction issuesCreate, modify, and execute quotes to ensure accuracy, completeness and complianceEnsure compliance with all company policies and SOX complianceEnable Sales and facilitate cross-training among the team via internal messaging, phone, or email as training opportunities are identifiedBecome a technical SME and drive transformation to a new Salesforce internal OrgDrive operational excellence through process improvement, technology, agents, and innovationCreate, update, and improve internal departmental policies as requiredStay informed on, learn, and provide support for new NPIs and acquisitions to meet customer demandsProvide subject matter expertise on projects within Sales Operations and Revenue Operations as neededReview and revise policies related to quote, order, invoice, credit, commissions, and revenue processing to identify improvements; develop innovative solutions and workaroundsSupport onboarding of new team members and contribute to the knowledge base with insights to help the team succeedOperate with performance excellence that meets or exceeds team success measuresRequired Skills/ExperienceBachelors degree or equivalent2-3 years minimum in customer order management, sales operations, or sales/customer supportContract structuring and commission calculation experienceDesired Skills/ExperienceProven track record in process improvement initiatives and/or project managementStrong interpersonal and communication skills; able to engage in constructive debates and think on your feetAbility to thrive in a fast-paced environment with adaptable, timely deliveryUnderstanding of broader business and financial concepts; capable of managing multiple projects under tight deadlinesMeticulous attention to detailExcellent communication in person and virtual settingsAbility to clearly communicate case resolutions and actions to Account ExecutivesTeam player who excels in collaborationProficient with Google suite; Salesforce experience is a bonusDemonstrated proactivity and initiativeStrong problem-solving skills and ability to analyze issues quickly for resolutionsAbility to work independently and take ownership of tasks and projectsLocation & AccommodationsThis role is hybrid and requires going into the office 3 days per week.Accommodations - If you require assistance due to a disability applying for open positions, please submit a request via the Accommodations Request Form.Posting & Equal OpportunitySalesforce is an equal opportunity employer and maintains a policy of non-discrimination with all employees and applicants.
