Job Description The Office of the Public Guardian and Trustee (OPGT) seeks a Solution Architect - CRM to lead data migration into Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE). Responsibilities Lead the development and management of D365 CE, ensuring system performance and security. Design and implement customizations, integrations, and workflows aligned with business needs. Oversee data migration, including full and delta loads, ensuring quality and integrity. Provide post-migration support and optimize data management processes. Mandatory Requirements At least 1 year of recent experience as a CRM architect in Dynamics 365 CE, data migration, and solution integration. Desired Skills Experience with Dynamics 365 CE functionalities, CRM applications, data modeling, and Azure data services. Evaluation Criteria Experience with Dynamics 365 CE - 30 points. Azure Data Migration/ETL/SQL - 30 points. Data Migration Test Automation - 30 points. Azure Platform knowledge - 10 points. Additional Information Provide knowledge transfer to staff and document all tasks and designs.
