Power Automate Consultant

New Value Solutions, a national IT consulting company, is seeking a skilled Power Automate Consultant with experience designing, building, and optimizing workflow automation solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the Microsoft Power Platform and a proven ability to streamline business processes, integrate systems, and deliver user-friendly automation solutions. Responsibilities Design, develop, and implement Power Automate flows to improve efficiency and reduce manual tasks. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable automation solutions. Integrate Power Automate with Microsoft 365 applications (SharePoint, Teams, Outlook, Excel, Dynamics 365) and third-party systems. Create and maintain documentation for workflows, processes, and technical solutions. Troubleshoot, optimize, and support existing automation solutions to ensure reliability and performance. Provide knowledge transfer, training, and guidance to internal teams on best practices with the Power Platform. Stay up to date with new Power Platform features and recommend opportunities for adoption. Requirements 4+ years of hands‑on experience with Microsoft Power Automate (cloud flows, desktop flows, approvals, integrations). Strong understanding of the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power BI, Dataverse) and Microsoft 365 ecosystem. Experience with SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, and other Office 365 tools. Familiarity with data integration (APIs, connectors, SQL, Excel, Dynamics 365). Knowledge of RPA (Robotic Process Automation) using Power Automate Desktop is an asset. Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills, with ability to document and communicate solutions clearly. Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders. Must be able to work in Canada.
