Keep retail shelves and displays ready for customers as an HMR Clerk, combining product stocking, accurate scanning, and courteous assistance.
Clerks support positive shopping experiences by maintaining available products and answering customer questions. No previous experience is required, and training is provided to help you succeed. The work includes stocking displays, assisting with ordering, setting up promotions, and keeping department areas neat while following health and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain stocked shelves that meet company standards
- Respond courteously to customer questions and needs
- Ensure accurate product scanning at the cash register
- Identify inventory needs and assist with ordering
- Set up company-directed promotions and programs
Requirements:
- Motivation to learn new things
- Resourcefulness and courtesy when resolving questions
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work varied departments and hours
- Ability to remain mobile and move up to 50 pounds
