Title: Senior Manager, Money Movement Products - Retail Payments Join a purpose driven winning team, committed to results, in an inclusive and high-performing culture. Manages key Money Movement Products in Canada ensuring business strategies, plans and initiatives are executed and delivered in compliance with governing regulations, internal policies and procedures. Is this role right for you? In this role, you will: Manage the evolution of the product strategy for money movement products to deepen primacy. Lead key product development and product management initiatives for the suite of products, solutions, services and features related to money in and money out, including Interac eTransfer, Visa Direct, Interac Direct, account transfers, payroll solutions, bill payments and emerging account based payments solutions. Develop a deep understanding of emerging use cases, opportunities and trends, client usage drivers and performance, and create a roadmap to drive transaction growth. Manage the P&L and transaction performance to grow and optimize the performance of the portfolio. Work closely with payment network and infrastructure partner and technology companies to deliver products and solutions. Work closely with payment operations team members on fraud and operational resiliency. Support other domestic money movement and debit initiatives as required. Drive customer focused culture throughout the team to deepen client relationships and leverage broader bank relationships, systems and knowledge. Understand how the bank’s risk appetite and risk culture should be considered in day‑to‑day activities and decisions. Create an environment in which the team pursues effective and efficient operations of their respective areas in accordance with Scotiabank’s values, its Code of Conduct and the Global Sales Principles, while ensuring the adequacy, adherence to and effectiveness of day‑to‑day business controls to meet obligations with respect to operational, compliance, AML/ATF/sanctions and conduct risk.
