Payroll Sr. Implementation Consultant – ADP Lyric HCM ADP is hiring a Payroll Sr. Implementation Consultant for our ADP Lyric HCM product line. This role is focused on successfully implementing HCM solutions for clients while building strong relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving continuous improvement. Responsibilities Partner with clients to understand their business and related needs, building long‑term trust and becoming a credible resource. Analyze clients’ existing systems, interface requirements, and business processes to recommend and implement appropriate ADP solutions. Collaborate with client project teams, sales, and client service functions to gather requirements and provide expert guidance. Recommend and implement solutions that meet clients’ unique needs, incorporating new processes, tools, and approaches as needed. Participate in process improvement initiatives and innovating new ways to enhance the client experience. Maintain project risk awareness and proactively partner with the team to document and mitigate risks. Deliver exceptional onboarding experiences at each product or service implementation. Requirements At least 5 years of experience in an implementation or business consulting environment. At least 2 years of experience in payroll. Strong client‑relationship skills, with the ability to influence and guide clients to the best solutions. Demonstrated ability to recognize project risks and proactively manage them. Excellent analytical, time‑management, and verbal and written communication skills. Learning agility and critical‑thinking skills to apply best‑practice concepts in new implementation situations. Preferred Qualifications Industry expertise that informs payroll best practices through in‑depth client consultation. Experience managing multiple demands while maintaining focus on outcomes. Ability to work independently and as part of a team to accomplish implementation tasks. Comfort in a performance‑based and structured environment with high ethical standards. Proficiency with modern web technologies, operating systems, Microsoft Office, and FinancialForce. Recognized professional certifications such as PMP, PgMP, PHR, SPHR, CCP, CBP, HCS.
