Have experience in configuring Oracle Absence and OTL modules to meet specific business requirements. This may involve creating absence plans, defining absence types, configuring time entry rules, and customizing approval workflows.  Hands-on experience in successfully implementing Oracle Absence Cloud and Oracle Time & Labor, encompassing the entire project lifecycle, specifically tailored to comply with Canadian legislation. Ideally, the implementation experience should also include working with a unionized client. Understanding how Oracle Absence and OTL modules integrate with other modules like Payroll, Human Resources, and Projects is important. Excellent time management skills with the ability to effectively handle and prioritize multiple tasks, even in situations where priorities may change. Work collaboratively with other team members within the project and the organization. Flexible to travel to the client site. Nice to have: Oracle Absence Management Cloud Certification or Oracle Time and Labor Cloud Certification Total Rewards The salary range for this position is $57,000 - $102,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
